Poker in mobile apps has two disadvantages: mediocre software and lack of statistics. High profit compensates for weak and inconvenient software. However, without data on each opponent, it will be difficult to win a lot. PPPoker allows you to display your own HUD for money. Is PPPoker's built-in statistics worth the money or is it better to find an alternative solution?

What stats does PPPoker offer?

To find information about the built-in stats in the mobile app, go to the «Shop» section. There, users are given a choice of 3 VIP-cards:

• Silver. Does not provide access to data about opponents, so it is not interesting within the framework of the article.
• Black. Includes detailed information about the user's career achievements and opponents.
• Platinum. Data on career achievements and opponents is supplemented with a new feature - to collect information about the statistics of opponents from other clubs and unions.

The holder of the black VIP-card sees 4 stats: VPIP, PFR, 3-bet, C-bet. To familiarize yourself with the stats, you need to hover your cursor over the opponent's avatar. With the platinum card the list of stats becomes wider due to Fold-to-3-bet, Check-Raise and other stats. You don't need to move the cursor - with the platinum card the data is always displayed at the table. Other privileges worth mentioning are: additional time-bank and extended protection against broken connections.

PPPoker also sells cards for longer periods of time. Then the cost of embedded statistics is slightly reduced.

Silver VIP-card adds 15 seconds for thinking, black card - 80, platinum card - 120. To find out more information about the cards, successively click on any of them in the shop and then on the question mark at the top left of the screen.

How to activate the built-in statistics in PPPoker?

Buying a black or platinum VIP-card is the only way to bring out PPPoker's built-in HUD. They are sold for the local currency - diamonds. The diamonds themselves are given in exchange for real money. It is impossible to choose and buy the required amount of currency. Customers are offered several sets with a fixed price tag and number of diamonds. As of December 2023, the prices looked like this:

The black card costs 1,580 diamonds, while the platinum card costs 3,880. In both cases, we're talking about a monthly subscription. In dollars, a black card costs $27, a platinum card costs $62. Purchases in the shop do not work in the PPPoker client for Windows. To buy diamonds and a card, use an emulator or a mobile app. After buying diamonds, go to the next tab in the shop and spend them on a VIP-card. At this point, you will have access to your opponents' stats during the poker session.

Why is playing with a converter better than built-in stats?

There are several arguments in favor of built-in statistics:

• Security won't have any questions. You paid PPPoker for the advantage, so no one will block you.
• No need to deal with the converter and poker tracker. The stats tool is integrated into the app.
• Price. Black card costs $27 per month, while Asian Converter costs $35.
• Ability to use statistics when playing from a smartphone.

However, the benefits of poker with a full-fledged tracker are much more tangible.

Playing with a converter provides additional benefits like outputting pot odds and speeding up multi-tabling with hotkeys.

Thanks to the statistical software, the player:

• Gets thousands of stats. Why pay $27 for a dozen statistical indicators when a slightly more expensive converter will allow you to display them without limitations?
• Can analyze hand history. Trackers not only show information on opponents, but also save hands for further analysis. Systematic analysis is the key to increasing skill and profit.
• Gains the ability to download datamining. You cannot upload someone else's hand history into PPPoker's built-in HUD. But it can be easily done with a converter to any poker tracker.
