NiceHandOmaha integration and Asian Converter export file changes

The AsianAppsHandsConverter is constantly working to improve quality and add new features. Here's what's new in v 0.0.2.60:

Added integration with NiceHandOmaha. The software helps you make fast and correct decisions at Omaha and Courchevel tables. Based on the starting hand, the program calculates the percentage of the range the hand enters. On the postflop, it displays equity against a random hand on the current street and on the river, the number of outs on two pairs or higher, the number of possible streets, taking into account the blocking by Hero cards. It supports PokerStars, 888Poker, iPoker Network (RedStar Poker, Betfair, Titan), as well as Asian apps Upoker and PPPoker. NiceHandOmaha requires 888Caption to work in 888.
Added the ability to write players' nicknames to HH. Earlier in the base of trackers you could interact only with the uid players, now it is possible to use nicknames.
You can not write unreadable nicknames in languages other than Russian and English into the base. Enabled by the option "Save not Rus and Latin nicknames as uid".
Into the name of export files added: 1) table type; 2) table limit; 3) marking whether the player was present at the table.
